If you notice something suspicious or think you might have been the victim of fraud, please get in touch with our customer service team as soon as possible.
The quickest way is to raise a case from the app. To do so follow these steps:
1. Click Submit a request
2. Enter a brief description of the problem
3. Attach a screen shot of the suspicious transaction so that our fraud team can get started right away with their investigation.
4. Track responses and reply directly in the My Tickets section.
If the activity relates to debit card transactions, you can also lock your card in the Card Management section of the app.
